Holes Scrapbook

"Holes," crafted by Louis Sachar and brought to life by Sarah Hickerson, tells the story of Stanley Yelnats, an unlucky boy who finds himself at a juvenile detention camp in the Texas desert. As Stanley digs holes alongside his peers—each with distinct personalities ranging from rude to kind—he learns valuable lessons about friendship, perseverance, and self-discovery. The narrative weaves between the present and the past, revealing the significance of family and fate. With themes of injustice and redemption, "Holes" captivates and entertains readers of all ages.
