  4. Operations Section Function • Directs and coordinates all incident tactical operations • Is typically one of the first organizations to be assigned to the incident • Expands from the bottom up • Has the most incident resources • May have Staging Areas/special organizations

  12. 16-50 patients Personnel recommended A complete Medical Division appropriately staffed pursuant to the number of casualties. 1 ALS EMT per three critical victims. 1 EMT-B per seven minor injuries. MCI-2 RegionalMutual Aid will be needed

  13. >51 Patients Personnel recommended A minimum of one complete Medical Division. 1 ALS EMT per three critical patients. 1 EMT per seven minor injuries. MCI-3 County, and/or State assistance will be needed
