  9. AGent ISO ILL: what’s new • Statuses based on ISO standards • No more “Will Supply” - use “In Process” • “Check In” • Reasons (optional) • To indicate reason for lending decision

  11. Pending Options from Lender’s Pending List Note that the “Will Supply” option is available. Items marked “Will Supply” will be moved to the “In Process” status. “In Process”, like “Will Supply”, extends the time for processing from 4 days to 2 years.
