  30. At the designated time meet with the OD faculty • Review all data collected(chart, xrays, drug sheets, consults)

  31. Faculty will examine the patient to confirm the data and the treatment planned

  32. Accompany the patient to the business office to enter the plan into the computer, and to make financial arrangements

  33. Return to clinic with your patient and: continue tx arrange next appt.
