  2. Fact 1 This bunch of fruit is found in Cromwell Central Otago. Interesting fact: the apple is six metres high. This statue represents all of the apples, apricots and nectarine’s that they are growing in Otago.

  4. Fact 3 They also sell whine round in Otago so they use the fruit to make it into wine which is understandable about the money.

  5. Fact 4 In Cromwell since they have so much fruit they have made a paradise just for it!

  6. Fact 5 That this year the Cromwell Central Otago Fruit is being postponed from being painted because of their rates.

  7. Fact 6 Every time it is going to be painted it is $30,000 for it!

  8. Fact 7 The Cromwell Central Otago fruit was built in 1990.

  9. Fact 8 It was originally supposed to be an apple, apricot and pear but the pear broke so they made an nectarine.

  10. Fact 9 Steve Bell was the person who designed for the fruit to be made.

  11. Fact 10 The structure of it is made of metal and the outside of it is made out of gel.
