GSFIC is still reviewing. • 2010 budget shows $8M bonds to complete Science Park. GSU would like to use these funds to complete the 7th floor but this is a private area. Discussions are on going to determine how to fund 7th floor. BOR to advise GSFIC how and when we can proceed with the allocation of funding • BSL 4 Move downtime is unacceptable. Team to review the need for a possible new BLS4 glove box to avoid down time and potential impact to certifications, etc. • New decontamination tank is being purchased. It not feasible to relocate existing decontamination tank • Structural support for exhaust fans and boilers are currently being discussed by the team. Estimated cost $200k Georgia Building Authority
