  8. Financials Vester Kopi have had 5 years with losses. The financial year for Vester Kopi goes from May to April. In one months time we expect an annual result before tax app. 2 mill. $ before tax. This means Vester Kopi is back on the track.

  9. Facility Management service The fastest growing market segments are: • Facility Management • On-site printing services • Vester Kopi just signed FM contract with TDC (app. 20,000 employees in Denmark.) TDC is the Danish National Telecommunication company equivalent to Deutche Telecom or BT

Challenges for Vester Kopi Today the problem is simply how to differentiate – to have unique services bundled with print services Print capacity in Denmark now exceeds more than 7 times the print demand (potential print capacity) Print prices are amongst the lowest in Europe Unemployment rate is historical low means it is almost impossible to get skilled graphic art employees for ex. expansion plans Normal companies forcast to change 15%-25% of staff per year. Customers ask for faster turn around time and more automation

  11. Conclusion: Software • Vester Kopi’s conclusion is to invest in software to make more automatisaton like: • web services – Web to Print, • workflow and pre-flight check over the web • develop easier calculation systems
