Tips on Filling Application Forms • BeACCURATE in grammar and spelling • Be CONCISE and eliminate unnecessary details   • Be SPECIFIC   • Use ACTION VERB to summarize what you have done  e.g. achieved, organized, publicized, coordinated, contributed, etc. • List out, QUANTIFY and PRIORITIZE your major achievements 

  4. Sample Format: Year@ Extra-curricular Activities/ Community Services xxxx - xxxx<Position>, <Organization> <Major Responsibilities/ Achievements> @ Present your activities/services in descending chronological order, if not specified.
