Building our interpersonal skills magnetizes our abilities to gain confidence, respect, and power. It starts with our history, and it forever changes as we evolve and learn from our experiences. As we take the advise from others, we always choose whether to listen and reflect on them or not. By opening that door and utilizing the experiences of others as well as our own, we can develop more opportunities and enhance our personal growth. “The doors we open and close each day decide the lives we live.” Flora Whittemore
