  1. About Us! BCI: Builders Council of Indiais working since last 28 years in the field of Research, Technological Development, Welfare and Upliftment of Real Estate Sector in the Country. Since last 28 years Builders Council of India has been actively involved in organizing many successful Property Exhibitions, Seminars, Conferences and Award functions for strengthening the Real Estate and Property Industry. Builders Council of India has always recognized and encouraged Real Estate Industry Professional and in the same endeavour we present our 28th awards function 2013.

  2. About Awards ! Driven by positive growth in the economy, real estate in India is booming. The industry has marked a 30% annual growth with an overwhelming progress in residential and commercial properties. The construction sector accounts for nearly 7-8% of India's GDP and is emerging as one of the key growth segments in the economy. To reward the excellent performances in the industry, BCI , presents Awards 2013 - India's Biggest and most credible real estate awards. The elite awards would also identify and honor the professionals who have envisioned and created marvels in the real estate industry to create a mark of India's development on the map of the world. It's a gesture to celebrate the magnificent architecture and intricate interiors of Indian industry. The Real Estate Awards in its all new avatar shall honor not only high performing builders but also architects and contractors who have delivered par excellence across the country. Hence, for each Project that shall be awarded, the entire team shall be recognized for the herculean effort that went into the making of the project. While the builder gets the award, the Contractor & the Architect/Designer shall get the commendations.

  3. Welcome to BCI28th REAL ESTATE AWARDS 2013 We are open to Residential and Commercial Property Professionals from around the India. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and Real Estate Industry. BCI Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence. This year the focus of the awards shall move to efficient project management and measurable customer satisfaction. The awards shall evaluate not only the financial performance of a firm but also projects that have delivered on the standards of quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency. The awards are split into regions covering the whole country. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines. Companies selected as winners are then invited to attend a glittering awards dinner for each region and have the right to use the prestigious logo in their marketing.

  7. Nomination Procedure The BCI Awards Nomination is absolutely free of cost. The Awards are open for nominations only for the projects completed till 31st March 2013. Developers should submit completed application to BCI Postmarked no later than 20 Nov. 2013 You can nominate only one project per form. You may nominate as many projects as you wish, for which separate forms need to be filled. The scan form can also be downloaded from our website.
