  3. Family • Husband, Carl, married 15 years. • Two children: Brett, age 13, and Gregory, age 11. • No pets, but the kids want a puppy. • All of our immediate family lives in California!

  4. Work • Monroe Elementary in Lakewood, CA. • Teacher • Primary (Grades 1-3) Special Day Class • Students with Mild/Moderate Disabilities

  5. Interests • Reading, especially medical murder mysteries • Organizing things • Watching my children play roller hockey and baseball • Taking off on impromptu excursions • The California Coastline

  6. Recreation • Camping • Sports • Playing card games or board games with my kids • Playing Bunco with my friends twice a month

  7. Hobbies • Sewing • Craft Projects • Cooking • Walking • Watching Discovery Channel • Getting “Out of Town” • Gardening

  8. Future Goals • Dual credential: • Special Education, Mild/Moderate Disabilities • Multiple Subject

  9. Additional Information • I truly enjoy the career change into teaching that I made two years ago. • I can not wait to get by dual credential so I am free to teach either General Education or Special Education! • I would like to get to know you!
