Project Design/Ahwahnee Principles • Development will target Sun Valley’s need for more housing. • Development will incorporate an integrated community through mixed use development. • Development will incorporate housing, jobs, transportation and culture within the infrastructure. • Development will be based on an already existing infrastructure. • Development create a vibrant economy and spark community revitalization. • A pedestrian friendly environment will be created through redeveloping the aesthetics of the community.
