Launch of Abercorn School Bank: Glasgow's First School Banking Initiative

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Abercorn School Bank, the first school bank in Glasgow! Our dedicated team, including William, Nicola, Natalie, Justine, Azeem, and Liam, worked tirelessly to prepare for this innovative project with invaluable support from Cathy, our Classroom Assistant, and Mrs. Cherry, our Deputy Head. We practiced handling cash, completed necessary paperwork, and supervised the sign-up of new customers. This enterprise, made possible in partnership with The Royal Bank of Scotland and Morven McMillan, aims to teach our students valuable banking skills.
