  29. Tie-in to Ula field In 1995 Argus Remote Systems performed Tie-in and touch down monitring of communication cable to Ula field in the North Sea together with Nexans onboard CS Skagerrak for BP.

  30. World’s first remote operated oil removal In 1996 Argus Remote System performed the world’s first remote operated oil removal of the sunken ferry ”Estonia” in the Baltic sea, for the Finish Environmetal Department together with Framo. Even removal of oil from double bottom tanks. This was done by using a small ROV as a Work ROV.

  31. Dive and Drill support From 2000 and present (2009) Argus Remote Systems has performed Dive support and Drill support together with Mohn Drilling in south Argentina onboard Skandi Patagonia for Total.

  32. Cable Repair In 2001 Argus Remote Systems performed a cable repair of a Power cable in Skagerrak on 230m depth together with Nexans onboard CS Skagerrak for Statnett. Locate the cable with TSS, dig it visible, cutting the cable, recover both ends to the ship and burried the cable after deplying it to the seabed.

  33. High quality Video survey and Sampling From 2004 and present (2010) Argus Remote Systems has performed High quality Video Survey and Sampling with ROV on the Mid Atlantic Ridge onboard G. O. SARS annualy for the Institute of Marine Research and the University in Bergen, down to 3400m depth. Video Survey is done by High Definition Video 1080i.

  34. Multibeam survey In 2005 Argus Remote Systems performed Multibeam Survey on 1500m depth west of Ireland onboard Celtic Explorer for the Natioal University in Ireland, Galway.

Cap track – The Gibraltar project 2005 - Background Key facts • The Captrack was developed by Argus/Nexans to lay a power cable between Spain and Morocco • The Cable Guider increased the window of operation, as conventional systems would have problems with the high currents in Gibraltar • Despite currents of over 5 Knots the job was completed without major problems • The cable was laid in 48 hours including a “as laid survey” at the same time • The client could be confident that the job was preformed according to high standards, and it was the first time they could have it documented • Currents ~5 knots • Distance: 30 km • Depths: 550 m • Completed in 48 hours

  36. Seismic nodes pick up In 2005-2007 ARS performed seismic nodes pick up in Malaysia down to 2300m depth for EMGS. 2 years onboard Atlantic Guardian.

  37. Suction anchor and Chain installation In 2006 Argus Remote System installed suction anchor in the North Sea onboard Normand Master together with Sealantic for ENI at 1200m depth.

  38. Gravimetry Meassurement In 2006 and 2007 Argus Remote System performed Gravimetry meassurements together with Scripps onboard Geograph and Birkeland in the North Sea for Statoil.

  40. Chain inspection of ”Balder” From 2007 to 2009 Argus Remote Systems has performed a yearly anchor chain inspection for ExxonMobil in the North Sea with an Argus Rover. Vehicle equipped with HD(1080i) Video camera in 2009.

  41. High quality Video survey In 2007 Argus Remote Systems performed High quality Video survey of the sunken ship Prestige onboard Siem Danis at 3850m depth, together with Fugro for the Spanish government.

  43. Route clearance In 2009 Argus Remote Systems performed a route clearance onboard Libas in the North Sea for BP. Removal of debris and burried cables. Cables where found with TSS, digged visable, cut them and recovered to surface.
