  • 1999 will move to new ‘paperless’ PFI hospital

  • 2003 still using request cards!

  • 2004 clin details should appear on PACS

  • 2006 still using request cards!

  • 2007 clin details in notepad on RIS

  • 2008 clin details appear in report box as permanent record

  • 2008 electronic requesting being rolled out

  • 2011 getting better, slowly!
