Mission Enabling ICT companies to become established, to operate and to innovate in Egypt Enticing foreign and local ICT companies to generate, enrich and expand on innovative ideas Building Egypt’s capacity as regional hub for innovation Engaging diverse stakeholder in the task of generating, financing, supporting and deploying ICT-related innovations Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center

Competence Centers Mechanisms Establishing in-house labs in the center specializations Lab resource sharing with other labs in Egypt Establishing common development projects with National Companies & multinational operates in Egypt Establishing research projects with International-Regional-Egyptian Universities/Institutes Defining Industrial initiatives and technology related competition Conducting technology related surveys/studies, Celebrating innovations and awards Establishing technology clusters Organizing and participating in academic and industrial conferences Provide labs resources and engineering guidance to the incubated companies Encouraging spin-off Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center

Incubation Program Mechanisms Tight cooperation and physical adjacent to the competence centers Two mechanisms for application: • File request to permanent committee • Business Plan competition Service to be provided to incubated companies • Provide space and equipment to the incubated companies • Access competence centers lab equipments • Establish common business Center • Provide Networking activities and Marketing assistance • Help with accounting/financial management • Links to Multinational and Egyptian enterprises • Access to angel investors or venture capital • Provide Comprehensive business training programs • Technology commercialization assistance Partnership with Entrepreneurship Master/Ph.D university program Organization and participation in Startup/ Entrepreneurship events Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center

Hayiy Initiative- Eligibility • The Egyptian Entrepreneurs with Ideas • Startups at different stages working in areas related to internet SN and/ or its related mobile business • Participants could apply in teams including 2 to 5 persons per team, whom all are Egyptian. • Any Small or Medium Egyptian company working within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector

Hayiy Initiative- Eligibility • The Egyptian Entrepreneurs with Ideas • Startups at different stages working in areas related to internet SN and/ or its related mobile business • Participants could apply in teams including 2 to 5 persons per team, whom all are Egyptian. • Any Small or Medium Egyptian company working within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector
