Emergency Services Data Comparison 2010-2012: Response Improvement Analysis

This response update compares pre-All Hazards data from August 2010 - July 2011 to All Hazards data from August 2011 - July 2012. Total events and EMS events are compared alongside response and transport rates, EMS call processing times, and resource management. Additionally, the analysis includes ALS and Critical Care rates, AI responses vs. non-AI responses, and improvements in response times due to AI implementation.

  13. HFD Response Update: • Summary AI has resulted in a 28 second improvement in response time (6 seconds in call processing + 22 seconds in response). Fire Response time were basically unchanged, from 5.7 to 5.8 minutes.
