WalesTrade International - Agency for exports promotion of Wales in United Kingdom - Depending on the National Assembly ( Regional Government) Its mission is to provide support of all sort to companies and institutions, such as entrepreneur’s associations, universities and others, in their economic internationalisation and global development processes IBO Programme

Provide direct on-ground support Based on a local consultants network that identify the opportunities and help to exploit them on the ground with direct support Companies and results driven IBO Programme

Number of companies exporting to market Exporting to a particular market for the first time 3. Number of companies exporting first time Had never exported to any country 4. Involve a minimum number of companies Welsh companies in the programme for the period 5. Volume of deals or expected business IBO Programme In Ponds Sterling, certified by the company’s letter

IBO Programme On-ground direct support - Preliminary (exploratory, planning) 2 or 3 free of charge (fully granted) consulting days to explore the possibilities of the market and plan possible actions to carry out - Effective (on ground) Up to 10 days including preliminary phase. Reduced price consulting (partially granted) for specific actions: visits to trade fairs, interviews with potential partners, negotiation of deals, etc. Cost of 200 Pounds per day that valorise the service and generate additional resources for the continuity of the programme IBO Programme
