HDS8800 – Service Scanner has to be sent back to Adelaide for service • Customer sends scanner to his local Leica representative • Leica representative sends scanner directly to Maptek service centre in Adelaide • For non-warranty repairs Maptek will prepare a quote and send this quote to the Leica representative • The repair will only be done if Maptek receives the OK to go ahead • After the repair Maptek will send the scanner back to the Leica representative and invoice the Leica representative
