What issues are… • Few people have opportunity to attend Leadership programmes • Weak Partner pipeline • High turnover rate • Desire of key talents to see leadership development out of PwC experience, as well as program using Russian specific • Strategy goal strengthen one firm approach (X-LoS) • Using best practices: internal and external • Competitors are launching Russia based Leadership programmes for Key Talent pool

Regional and Global Key Talent programmes • Number of participants are limited by budget constrains • Most of Key Talents have passed through programmes already • 2011 slots x Los: Apollo – 12 ; The Leadership Challenge (TLC) – 7; Genesis Park (GP) – 2 • 2 slots for Apollo were unfilled , no demand in ASR • Target audience • TLC –M and AM from IFS • Apollo – SM and Directors • GP - SM and directors; candidates must represent the top talent or top 2-5% of their peer group in their respective territory; must be 2-4 years from anticipated partnership admission date • Costs • TLC – 3K EUR + travel 4,95 K EUR = 7,95 K EUR • Apollo – 6,8K EUR + travel 4,95 K EUR = 11,75 K EUR • GP – 51K EUR+ travel 19K EUR = 70 K EUR 310,65 K EUR for 21 KT
