Effects of Etoposide and Cisplatin on Viability of DAOY Cells with c-MYC siRNA Interventions
This study investigates the impact of Etoposide and Cisplatin on the viability of DAOY cells, utilizing c-MYC siRNA for targeted intervention. Various concentrations of the drugs were tested, and cell viability was assessed as a percentage compared to control. The results indicate that c-MYC silencing may modulate the response of DAOY cells to chemotherapeutic agents, providing insights into potential therapeutic strategies for medulloblastoma treatment. Statistical analysis was performed to confirm the significance of the results.
