  3. Leadership Matrix • Update • We need to update the leadership matrix • MS III who is not part of the class • MS IVs that need to go to LDAC

Yellow and Blue Cards • Update • Blue and yellow cards are in the lounge on top of mail boxes • Make sure you are filling these out correctly • Yellow cards are due Thursdays NLT COB • Turned into evaluator • Blue cards submitted on Fridays NLT COB • Turned into CDT Laslovich box with yellow card • Any questions see CDT Laslovich

OPORD • Update and briefing • Completed up to IMT lab • Land nav 2 is already in progress • Supply list sent to S-4 Cope • We need a group to setup points this weekend • Team to arrive 1 hour early to secure site and make any last minute changes • CDT Valdez & Roland are designing an on campus land nav course • Team to stay on campus with I & IIs

  6. Lab # 4 – Land Nav 2 • At SJER • S -1 we need to get numbers for how many people we can take • S-2 has already reserved SJER • S-4 we need to get them LBE, compass, protractors for MS IIIs especially • Already given other supplies - The cadets remaining at CSUF will do a campus based Land Navigation course*

  7. Salazar, Brown, Taekens, Jauregui will remain at the Assembly Area • Bashant & Cope will be at the scorers table • Everyone else will be walking lanes

  8. IMT lab • We need a training area with North Intramural field offline and South Gym field reserved by track • Classroom instruction will discuss topics such as cover and concealment, squad positions, hand/arm signals, different individual movement techniques, and squad movement techniques • PE will consist of application of IMT and squad movement

  9. IMT lab • Instructors • Classroom • Jauregui, Fortier • PE • Tasos (IMT), Cope (squad movement), Jauregui/Fortier (fire team assault course)

FTX November 6th, 7th, 8th -ideas from last week - MS III sleep in field, MS I/II in barracks - Obstacle course, Rappelling - Land nav day and night - Field craft training - organized recreational events (in the city) - Ruck march or Pizza and movie Saturday night with ruck march for IIIs - Paintball games (capture the flag, civil war, team deathmatch, etc) - Land nav scavenger hunt - Any information on locations? Trans?

  11. Expectations If assigned a class, take a proactive approach If you need information because you missed a meeting or something, just ask Practice your class And you have the lab schedule, so if there is a class you want to teach let me know Feedback from MS IIIs on PT and Labs
