Library Automation • Recently the University Library, CSK HPKV made efforts to taste the fruits of ICTs in view of providing online access to Catalogue and abstract databases on CD-ROM. • The online catalogue of the Library known as WEBOPAC and the Literature Search facility is available on the desktop of scientists and scholars. A user have just to type 192.168.1.4 for On-Line Library and 192.168.1.3 for CD-ROM Literature Search as Address in the Internet Explorer/ Netscape and a will have to follow the certain Steps • There are a number of options on the screen through which one can avail an unlimited number of facilities, i.e. new arrivals, no. of copies, circulation status of the docs., Journals’ status, etc.
