Premkumar, Chief Executive Officer (Vizag Office), brings to the organization his 38 years of experience in the fields of Ship building, Material Testing and Calibration Lab and Ocean Observation platforms. A qualified B.E. Mechanical Engineer, he has served reputed organizations including Naval Head Quarters, DGM of Goa Shipyard Ltd, Director of National Test House, Program Director in National Institute of Ocean Technology. Experience: Establishment of design & drawing office for Machinery design group in Goa Ship yard Ltd, and responsible for more than 30 Vessels new construction delivery comprising of first of the Indian series of Seaward Defense Boats, Fast Patrol Vessels and Advanced 105m long off shore patrol vessels, OPSSVS, Tugs, BTV, Ferries, Oil tanker and Power Barges. Responsible for establishment of National Data Buoy Programme and deep ocean tsunami buoy system design, development and integration for India which is next to USA-NOAA DART buoys in the world. He has proven track record of Project managing new builds without any cost and time over-run while maintaining quality. Mr. A.C. Cidambaram, Director, is a Naval Architect, B. Tech (Hons) from IIT Kharagpur with more than 35 years of ship design and consulting experience. He served in reputed private shipbuilding, repairing and consulting companies in India and in Dubai as head of Engineering department. Experience: Has successfully developed concept designs and basic designs of various types of vessels such as Tugs, Cargo vessels, Tankers, Fishing vessels, Pilot boats, Offshore support vessels, Well test vessels, Anchor handling Tugs, Supply Vessels, DSV, etc. All designs are well proven and the vessels are operating satisfactorily in India and Middle East. Tech. (Hons.) in Naval Architecture from IIT, Kharagpur) with a rich experience of 38 years in the service of Marine Industry. Experience: Mr. V.P.Kumar has extensive experience in various shipyards of India and worked over 20 years in the design departments of Hindustan Shipyard Ltd., a premier shipyard in India, including as the head of the yard’s complete design office. His skill, knowledge and expertise are a powerful asset for WMCS to lead a team of highly qualified engineers and consultants.  Mr. V.P.Kumar has worked on variety of projects ranging from small crafts to large ocean going vessels and a series of special purpose vessels. Mr. N. S. Rao, the Senior Consultant of WMCS is a B.E. Mechanical Engineer and has extensive experience of 38 years in Ship Structural Design. He headed the Hull Design group of Hindustan Shipyard, and retired as Chief Manager. Experience: Mr. N.S. Rao has expertise in all aspects of hull structural design, from basic to final designs and to convert into new Ship Building Contracts.  He is well versed in preparation of detailed hull drawings and production documentation for hull structure, with Tribon shipbuilding software, and has expertise in NC Cutting data for processing hull elements. Mr. P. Krishna Rao, Senior Consultant is an Electrical Engineer (B.E.), having an experience of 38 years in Marine Electrical Designs of different kinds of ships from Drill Ship / Passenger ships to Bulkers / Small crafts.  Experience: He was In-Charge of the Electrical Design Office at the Hindustan Shipyard Ltd., (HSL), having a total experience of 36 years at various levels. He has served in premier ship building/repair companies and consulting companies in India and UAE. His technical excellence is well known in marine industry Mr. B. Patro Consultant-Machinery Design Mechanical Engineer 35 years experience. Mr. Patro worked in Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. for more than 35 years. He experience in the machinery design is a great asset to WMCS. During his 35 years service in HSL Ltd, he was involved in machinery ship design drawings and execution on board ship for more than 50 different types of vessels built at the yard. His vast experience was utilised by Smart Engineering & Design solutions Ltd. Kochi, for finalising the engine room arrangement of two Bulk Carrier designs. His expertise and experience is a very valuable to WMCS. Mr. A.Seshagiri Rao Consultant-Machinery Design Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering 35 years experience. Mr. Seshagiri rao worked in Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. For more than 35 years. He was heading the machinery design office of HSL. He has an overall design knowledge of the complete ship and can guide WMCS in all systems for any type of ship.  In addition, Win Marine employs qualified and experienced Naval Architects, Engineers, and drafting personnel to provide quality services to Clients meeting their requirements.
