TRY US - WE CAN PROVE IT TO YOU AND EVEN DOUBLE THE THROUGHPUT TONNAGE !!!!! EXCELLENT REFERENCES ON REQUEST An oscillating motor is mounted on a frame outside the tank. The frame is bolted to a plate inside the tank, the bolts passing through a flexible seal inserted on the side of the tank. Two to four units are installed depending on the size of tank. A frequency invertor is used to vary the motor speed. By adjusting the out of balance weight on each oscillating motor combined with the frequency setting allows infinite amplitude / frequency combinations to achieve resonance. Resonance results in a meagre power consumption of 0,4 to 0,8 kW per installation. The Magrabrator exploits the rheology (the science of the deformation and flow of matter) by forcing particles to re-arrange and move closer together. Water is displaced in the process and the underflow density is increased as a result. Due to the vibration, the thixotropic properties of the slurry is exploited, this prevents the substance from “locking up”, whilst maintaining the flow at high density.
