Planning for Improvement

DESCRIPTION

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for groups to develop effective School Health Improvement Plans (SHIP). It emphasizes the importance of selecting both short-term and long-term actions, documenting roles, and creating a clear action plan. Groups will engage in discussions to share their proposed actions and identify necessary steps for implementation. The debrief encourages reflection on the ease and challenges encountered during the activity, fostering deeper understanding of the planning process. This collaborative effort aims to equip groups with actionable plans for promoting student health in schools.
