  4. Science and Nature • Stop exploring Earth from space • End ethanol subsidies • Fund research on clean energy

  5. Infra-structure • Increase funding for Amtrack

  6. Health Care • Increase drug costs for wealthier seniors • Cut Medicare waste and payment • Eliminate long term health insurance programs • Require drug companies to give deeper Medicare discounts • Overhaul Medicare, health care • Make military retirees pay more for health coverage

  7. Social Security • Slow increase of social security benefits

  8. Taxes • Keep Bush taxes from all but wealthy • Tax carbon dioxide emissions • Tax toxic industries • End breaks for big oil • No breaks for extractive industries • Phase out mortgage interest deductions • Link AMT to inflation

  9. Reduced the debt from 75.5% of GDP to 66.7% of GDP in 2021 • Delayed budget burst pushing it from 2031 to 2033 • Shrank size of government from 25.9% to 22.7%
