  20. Employer’s Jobs Attract Candidates • Employers are a vital part of the system. • The job orders employers create are why many people use the system in the first place. • There are many new tools created just for employers. • These tools help them navigate through the system, create job orders, and find the perfect candidates.

  21. Great Employer Tools:Resume Searches • The Quick Resume Search takes basic criteria and allows employers to search. However, the search results could easily surpass over a hundred candidates. • Advanced Resume Search allows for a more detailed search. Employers can use many different criteria to fine tune their candidate search. This will give them fewer results but more candidates with the skills the employer is seeking.

  22. Great Employer Tools:Resume Searches • Resume Search by Skills takes a job skillset and conducts a search. • Resume Search by Job Order Criteria takes basic elements from a selected job order and conducts a search based on those details.

  23. Great Employer Tools:Resume Searches • Resume Number Search allows employers to take the unique system resume number and conduct a search just for that resume. • External Resume Search takes employers to other job boards. Here they must register and follow the rules and guidelines for that job board.

  24. Great Employer Tools:Interview Question Sets One way for employers to recognize an experienced candidate from a novice is by creatinginterview question sets.

  25. Great Employer Tools:Interview Question Sets • Section One asks employers to create a question set name and introductory text. • Section Two asks for a question and a response type. Employers can choose multiple choice, numeric, yes/no, and text.

  26. Great Employer Tools:Interview Question Sets • Employers that take the time to create tough questions can determine the experience and knowledge levels of applicants. • Click Add This Question to save your question set.

  27. Great Employer Tools:Skill Sets Another powerful employer tool is the skill set. Employers can create customized skill sets that truly match the job they are trying to fill. They can then find candidates that come closest to matching the job skill set.
