  1. Timeline of videogames Video games have been played by generations of families. Video games now are very advanced, such as the x box 360 kinect which uses a motion sensor and other systems that use handheld wireless controllers. Videogames dated back to 1958 when a man named Willy Higinbotham Invented the first video game of a tennis like game played on a oscilloscope. . . 2004-the Nintendo DS is released 2005-sony releases the PSP and Nintendo releases the Xbox 360 2006- the Wii and the Playstation 3 are released. 0112-the 3ds and the Xbox 360 kinect are released.
