  2. DATA ACCURACY • Supporting/training the district CIO • Working with schools to make all changes in the native system • Getting multiple systems to have the same data, student id, etc • Level 0 database as a place to stage or verify the data

  3. DATA EXTRACTION • Districts need to move the basic student demographic, enrollment and program service data into the data warehouse. • RICs and SED are working together with eScholar to make sure that the vendors have the information necessary to write extraction modules for their software. • RICs are developing processes and procedures to define when and how to do the extractions and move the data to the data warehouse.

  4. DATA EXTRACTION • RICs will share this information across the state to take advantage of each center’s expertise. • For those school districts that do not use a RIC supported system, the district will be provided with the necessary data fields and file formats.

  5. DATA AVAILABILITY • Analysis reports for districts/schools/students • Ability to do adhoc query or report writing • Downloading of the data for local use • Access to the state reporting software and reports
