  1. How To Build LeanMuscle For Females

  2. Strength Training • For women, strength training is helpful to burn calories and lose body fat. However, it’s not just the fat loss that’s beneficial. Strength training can also be helpful in building muscle.

  3.   Do HIIT • HIIT is a training technique where you give all-out, 100% effort through rapid, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

  4. Diet • A balanced diet gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly. • Adopt a customised diet planfor all your health goals! Karina’s Healthy Eating Plans can be beneficial to enjoy favourite foods. The diet plan includes the daily calorie target and an appropriate amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fats to keep you fit and active.

  5. Take Supplements • If you are always on the go and hardly get time to have a proper meal, you must take vitamin and mineral supplements.  • You can also take protein powder if you are not getting enough protein from whole foods.

  6. Rest • It's as important as training is. Your body needs the rest to rebuild and grow if you're working on top of the soreness it's not going to help. People who live and breathe at the gym always have a day set aside for rest . No one really wants to but it's needed.

  7. Wake Up Early • Waking up early in the morning always helps you to get that extra 1 hour out of your 24 hours which you can use for your day to day activities . One very significant benefit of waking up early is reduced stress level

  8. Talk To Experts • A good coach can help you achieve your all health goals. Nutrition Mentor Program at Karina's Healthy Eating Plans by nutritionist Karina guides you on following the right diet plan for a long time to come.
