  1. Dear Sir / Madam I am sending this letter because in spite of my university degree in veterinary medicine and good job results, I have decided to move abroad and maybe emigrate forever. I am interested in living and working in northern/western Europe, maybe in other exotic place or continent in the world. I would like to achieve payment standards that would match up my expectations. I am a veterinary surgeon living in Lublin City (eastern part of Poland). This is a region well known for its agriculture and food industry. I have worked in one of the biggest slaughter houses in Poland, where I have been able to gain experience in meat lab-examinations, field inspections and examinations of animals’ health, hygiene and animal food conditions. In 2003-2007 I have been employed as a chief Veterinary Inspector in Meat Hygiene and during this employment I have been testing red and white meat and its products, supervising procedures and processes of meat production and superintending restructuring of meat factories and its modernization. However, I also appreciate contact with live animals and like working with large and small animals alike. I wish to continue my employment in the field of veterinary medicine and be able to use and improve my skills and experience acquired during my veterinary education and work. The possibility of working in your country, having both long veterinary traditions and implementing modern technologies in the food industry, would be of the great advantage to me.
