  16. Q-22 Is our STB support PAL (Phase Alternation Lines) and NTSC both? Ans : Our STB supports only PAL as PAL is the standard video format for Broadcast in India. Q-23 What is ZAP time ? Ans : The time taken by STB to request for new stream and receive stream from Head end is ZAP time. Q-24. Picture Quality is more good in small screen TV, but less good in big screen TVs. Ans : Reason as SD format supports 720 pixels per 576 lines to form a frame @ 25 frames/sec in PAL system for which any CRT based TV receives well and if the same input is given to a high resolution LCD/Plasma (generally designed for 1020i, 1020P or 1080P) is like stretching a small frame to suit in a bigger frame thus distorting the resolution.
