  2. Objectives – • To organize a spectacular evening for the audience and creating a hype around India’s Independence Day • Celebrating the nations Independence Day, as well as the achievements made by Partner NGO’s

  3. The motivation behind organising the event on this particular theme is very simple – The Independence Day is viewed is just another National Holiday to hang out with friends and family. The spirit of the holiday has degenerated over time. The intention is to change the current perception the youth of the country hold about this important day and invigorate them to appreciate the sacrifices made by our forefathers. The logic here is that if festivals like Diwali and Holi can be celebrated with such fervour, then so can our Independence Day, the day when each of us gained the right to live free with our heads held high

  7. Lets have a look at the Pre-Event Campaign

  8. The Pre-Event Campaign will revolve around the following tenets: Inculcating a sense of the Independence Day Emphasizing the importance of the Independence Day Initiating positive trends like - Planting trees - Spearheading sanitation efforts - Enforcing traffic rules

  9. The Pre-Event Campaign will be promoted through different media partners Print Media RJmentions in every show 12 times a day and plays a 12-second jingle 4 times a day. The passes can be circulated here. Radio 30 selected outdoor hoarding spaces at premium locations Outdoor Media

  10. Experience @ Venue...

  11. The doors open at 1700hrs onwards… All guests would be given Badges at the entry and artists would be sitting through the pathway towards the main event area like tattoo, mehendi & pottery etc. for guests engagement and let everyone flow on the mode of celebration..   14. As the guest settle down, Emcee Voice Over – welcomes everyone and talks in brief about the event.

  15. Emcee walks on stage & invites our chief guest on stage for an address, followed by a performance by Brass Band..

  16. The flag is brought down & is handed over...

  17. Emcee now gives a brief Introduction about the first performance by Nehru Bal Sangh “JASHN-E-Azadi”

  18. As the performance ends, we introduce the Main Performance by a known singer and conclude the event with his performance

  19. As the event gets over, and when audience is walking out we will have our representatives to handover a sapling.. With this we will ask all the attendees to plant a tree/plant.
