  2. Being unhealthy! If you’re unhealthy (eating McDonalds everyday) You’ll be like this: You won’t be able to put your trousers on.

  3. Still Unhealthy! You are still unhealthy if you don’t eat anything . You’ll end up like this:

  4. So be healthy! How to be healthy? Eat a healthy diet (it doesn’t mean lettuce,carrots,tomato). It means eating a small portion of everything.

  5. A food pyramid.

  6. What to eat? You can eat McDonalds, pasta, sweets, fruit yogurts, spaghettis', fruit, chocolate, milkshake, cake, cookies etc.

  7. More ways to become a healthy person? Another point is to drink 8 glasses of water every day. At least do ½ hour exercise. To be a fit person.
