  2. Scientific information They are also nocturnal which means they come out at night time. Head-body length: 65 - 105 cm, Shoulder height: 45 - 58 cm, and Tail length: 9 - 11 cm. Also Weight of adult males is 14-40 pounds and adult females are 10-33 pounds.

  3. What is a threat to a bobcat? Today bobcats are threatened by humans as they are being trapped for their fur throughout most of their ranges. The greatest threat to this species is habitat loss. Bobcat kittens are prey to large owls, hawks, coyotes and foxes.

  4. What is being done to help bobcats? Many organizations have been made to rescue bobcats to make sure they don’t get killed or extinct. For example the Big cat rescue saves 14 different kinds of cats in the wild. The Big cat rescues mission is to provide the best home and care for these different cats. This is also the largest sanctuary in the world dedicated to abandon cats.

  5. What can I do to help? To help save bobcats, I could go around in my neighborhood or ask friends and family for money to donate to a local cats rescue for a bobcat rescue near by.
