  1. PRICING OUT YOUR FUTUREGRADING RUBRIC This project is worth 75 points. 65 points for the slideshow and 10 points for your typed response to the Summary Questions. Please print out your responses and staple them to the back of this rubric. You will upload your slideshow to my website. The point breakdown for the slideshow is as follows: • House Slide(s) (10 points) • Found your house • Provided pictures of yours house (Minimum 2-3 slides) • Listed price and location of your house • Provided a nice description of the house and explained why this is your dream house. Use sentences! • Provided the monthly payment for the house and the financing terms (interest rate and number of years. Ex: 4.5% for 30 years) • Car Slide(s) (10 points) • Found a car (or other modes of transportation) • Picture of car(s) • Price of car(s) • Provided a detailed description of the car. Use sentences! • Gave me the monthly payment for your car and provided financing terms (Ex: Financed over 5 years at 4.5%) • Estimated Salary Requirements Slide (10 points) • Displayed amount needed for yearly house payments. Showed your work. • Displayed amount needed for yearly car payments. Showed your work. • Displayed the amount needed to cover all your other bills and explained that was what that amount was for! • Totaled amount needed for bills up and showed your work. • Correctly calculated the total x taxes and got your FINAL SALARY NUMBER! • Job #1 Slide(s) (10 points) • Discussed the Nature of Work, Working Conditions, Job Outlook, Education and Salary for Job #1.
