Empowering Under-Resourced Schools Division: Assistance for HBCUs, HSIs, and TCUs

The Small and Under-Resourced School Division offers support to Historically Black Colleges, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and Tribally Controlled Colleges. This includes administrative strengthening, program participation expansion, and Title IV management. Services encompass internal assessments, staff training, and consultations. Small and Under-Resourced School Division • Unit was created in response to a series of Presidential Executive Orders • Provide assistance to strengthen the administrative capabilities of: • Historically Black Colleges and Universities • Hispanic-Serving Institutions • Tribally Controlled Colleges
