There are many grievances they face on a day to day or long- term basis. Let us understand the details for some of them. Managing costs - The foremost issue that hinders them is the cost. Given the rate of inflation that is affecting the country, NGOs equally are overwrought by the everything. Whether it’s maintaining old age homes, medical costs, the salary of employees, food and electricity costs, day to day expenses, sundry expenses or any other expenses the sum tantamounts to a lot of money that needs to be spent in order to keep functioning harmoniously. Since these social work organizations earn through donations or funds, ineffective financial planning bars them from generating sufficient capital or earn longtime financial support. Weak Governance - A competent administration is one of the most vital things to run a non-government organization. It’s like an engine that pulls the entire train. The board needs to have adroit leaders who know what it takes to procreate an environment citizens in India. If the board runs it for its own fiscal thirsts or if it isn’t aware of what exactly needs to be done, then there will be deep gaps created within the organisation. imperious for senior Poor Networking - Networking is important for an NGO to flourish. And in this age of digital technology and social media, it is a single most important means to make you exposed to a wider audience.
