HIRING TRENDS • 80% of Companies plan to hire MBAsvs 73% last year • 44% of Companies plan to hire MSFsvs 39% last year • US companies foresee slight growth in both MBA and MSF hires • European companies will be relatively flat for these programs • Asian-Pacific companies forecast the greatest hiring growth (45%vs37%), with a focus on specialized programs • Employers seeking graduates who are highly proficient in communication skills
