WaterLinks is a regional network supporting Water Operator Partnerships (WOPs) in Asia. It aims to build capacity, facilitate twinning partnerships, disseminate knowledge, promote best practices, and enhance regional collaboration. Activities include brokering partnerships, organizing training, sharing best practices, and launching a website. The network will be formally launched in September 2009, introducing operators to twinning benefits, developing strategies, and fostering partnerships between mentors and recipients.
