Vital Statistics • 3rd Edition • Divided into 14 Chapters • 715 pages • 4 Helpful Appendices (The Writing Portfolio, The Literature Review, The Annotated Bibliography, The Essay Exam). • A Complete Grammatical Handbook (close to 100 pages of topics dealing with everything from parallel sentences to restrictive modifiers to tips for ESL Writers– shout out to Ari and L-Dub here, Hey guys!) • The “Concise” Edition is $46 on Amazon • The “Brief” Edition is $75 (a difference of 300 pages between the two). These are paperback copies. Not quite as cool as the hardback going around right now.

  12. Intermission This is the part of the presentation where Cole talks about some of the specific features of the textbook. This segment is not as nearly as exciting as the previous parts nor the parts to follow so you are encouraged to nod your head in feigned wonder and light ‘em if you got ‘em. Also, feel free to ponder how awesome The Black Eyed Peas are.
