This Is Me… • Name: Michael • AKA: Mickey, Mr. Aquilina, Mr. A and Mr. Awesome (Because ‘A’ Stands for Awesome) • Eldest of 4, Large extended Family • Studied Bachelor Music Education at Adelaide/Elder Conservatorium 2008 – 2011 • Placements: 30 Days at ****** College6 Month Internship at ********* High • Got my Job Halfway through my Final Year of Uni with Government Graduate Program • Teaching for 20 Months at *******

    3. The AITSL Pilot • Never Heard of AITSL of the NPS • Told by my site leader that I WOULD BE Participating in it (No Ifs, No Buts, No Choice!) • Reluctant to do it as I was trying to set up a brand new program at school
