Diesel Heater -- Systems Architecture (updated 07/05 for new fan model #’s) • Part • DBW-2010 (behind hanging locker in bunk room) • MP1200 Water Circulation Pump (locate BELOW DBW-2010) • Heat Exchangers 2” x 22” #001-225 (>10’ hose, below exp tank) • One Digital Room Thermostat (T) located in bridgedeck • SMS 2.5 Gallon Expansion Tank (highest point in water system) • Everhot #4 Tankless hot water heater (under guest bunk) • Summer loop in PORT hull with Y-valve to STBD loop • See Sure Marine Equipment List for misc electrical, exhaust, & plumbing equipment • Fan/Heaters • Real Fan #6000 or 6013 (locate under bunk beds, 3500 BTU) • Real Fan #6223 (dual outlets into fwd head & guest cabin, 7000 BTU) • Real Fan #6400 or #6414 (flushmount or duct tbd, 14000 BTU) • Real Fan #6200 or 6214 (flushmount or duct tbd, 7000 BTU) • Real Fan #6013 (resolve ducting around pocket door, 3500 BTU) • (All fans should have HI/OFF/LOW Switches) P U M P DBW2010 1 2 Heat exch Exp Tank E/H V Total Hose run (summer + winter loop) should be close to 125’ maximum.
