  3. Summer School Reminders Course Dates: 6/16-8/8 Labs: 4 traditional high schools & Mosley Lab Sessions: 8-11am & 12-3pm (M-Th) *Middle Schools, Early Colleges,”visiting” students* send me applications after enrolling students!

  4. Add/Drop Dates Last day to ADD: 6/20 Last day to DROP: 6/27 *If withdraw after 6/27 • student’s transcript “W” • district funds $249 • testing accountability

  5. Role of Summer ELA • Add and drop students • Communicate with NCVPS teachers • Support the VAC • Serve as the Summer Testing Coordinator

  6. Testing Sites • Students may take the EOC/CTE exam at the school with which they are most comfortable • This testing assignment needs to be identified during the enrollment process • Testing assignments will be confirmed the week of 06/30

  10. EOC Testing • NC Education permissions • Online and paper/pencil assessments • Computers for NCVPS v Computers for online testing • June 27th drop date and accountability business rules

  11. CR Testing vs Standard Testing Credit Recovery • test within 3 days of completing their course EOC/CTE • 8/11-8/13
