  13. Start of development Work-Phase-Plan • Strict orientation towards “learning outcome approach”: … what a learner knows and is able to do, regardless where and how it was learned and how long the learning process has taken Gearing to the common EQF Grid: - 8 levels (EQF) / 5 levels (SQF) - 3 columns: knowledge, skills, competence - aligning procedures

  14. Residential area with 24 apartments Start of development Work-Phase-Plan FOCUS To avoid, that the partners emanate from different building-sites, the consortium agreed on following model: Planning and work preparation 1 Setting out site 2 3 Surveying 4 Production 4-1 -Building 4-2 -Civil engineering 5 Check specifications, final accept -Cost estimation 5-1 -Check specification 5-2 -Carry out quality inspections 5-3 -Carry out project's admin. 5-4 -Carry out final acceptance 5-5

  15. Start of development Work-Phase-Plan • Phases were chosen by the SQF-Consortium, regarding the building project seen before • Tasks and duties of workers (qualification levels) regarding phases of construction, can vary concerning the size of firms and projects! • Duties and tasks of workers (qualification levels) can vary in different countries! • Furthermore the level of work experience can affect the assignment of workers! Planning and work preparation 1 Setting out site 2 3 Surveying 4 Production 4-1 -Building 4-2 -Civil engineering 5 Check specifications, final accept -Cost estimation 5-1 -Check specification 5-2 -Carry out quality inspections 5-3 -Carry out project's admin. 5-4 -Carry out final acceptance 5-5

  25. Dissemination YOUR TURN! What do you think about our SQF-CON Model? • Could it be implemented in your education system? • Does it contain any risks? • Is there anything to improve? • Do you agree on the workers responsibilities and duties regarding the SQF-CON Work-Phase-Plan? • Does it differ from your structure in your country?
