T-980 Details & Results of EOS for Dec 2, 2009 with O-05-09. D. Still Dec 8, 2009. Outlook. Quick look at Channeling for O-05-09 crystal. Collimating Volume Reflected (VR) Beam at F172H collimator. Attempting to look at ring wide losses for CH, VR and no colliamtion.

Newly built and installed (Summer 2009) Vertical goniometer at E0.
It is ~ 4m upstream of the Hor. one. Ver. goniometer houses old O-shaped crystal (reversed for negative miscut) and multi-strip crystal.
Modified horizontal goniometer. Replaced old large-miscut angle O-shaped crystal with new small miscut O-shaped during Summer 2009.

Define E03H collimator at “Max Catch” position = 260 mils to stop all particles without the E03H collimator becoming the leading edge.
