Well@Work Patient Experience – Patient Survey Overview Asking the right questions • HealthPartners Well@Work utilizes NRC Picker's patient experience family of surveys. • Based on eight behaviors designed to improve patient care. Higher positive score = higher performance and maximum score is 100. • Measuring whether or not these behaviors were experienced by the patients provides a clear path for quality improvement. • The key patient satisfaction measure is “Would you recommend your Well@Work clinic to co-workers?” HealthPartners Positive Picker Score Goal n=12

Well@Work Clinic Visits November 2013 • Clinical utilization by day of week including medical appointments, lab visits, refills and incentive visits • Average visits per day for RWPS Well@Work Clinic in November was 6.0 • Clinic capacity is currently at 32% (includes extended visits) • 12 patient visits were telephone encounters. 3 patient visits were extended visits (40 mins). • 16 patient scheduled their appointments online. • 3 no shows

  12. Well@Work Clinic Pharmacy- November • During November, 49 prescriptions were dispensed by the Red Wing Public Schools Well@Work clinic. • Prescriptions were dispensed for chronic, acute, and seasonal/other conditions.

  15. Well@Work Clinic Referrals - 2013 YTD • RWPS Well@Work Clinic provider referred 8 patient to a specialist in November, 2013. • Patient referrals have averaged 6.5 per month during 2013.

  18. RWPS employees have saved 1,142 PTO hours. Compared to a traditional office visit, each W@W clinic visit can save employees with deductible health plans $150 or more. Well@Work Productivity Savings • Running 12-Month Total • RWPS has saved 1,142 production hours. Since the RWPS Well @ Work clinic opened in June, 2013 there have been 772 patient visits.
