Customer action section – Add data, make selection, answer question Consistent Screen Sections • Teams need some standards as to the purpose of the sections of each screen, for example: TEXT - Screen Title – action oriented + indicating purpose of screen TEXT - Context – Why is customer on this screen? Some brief education on the topic. Some instructions on what to do. TEXT – Preview of what’s to come next Navigation

  7. Auto Formatting Entry Fields • In every usability session I have conducted, there are a few customers whose expectations for auto-formatting of data entry fields are NOT met!
