  7. 疑问 • ABRO1稳定THAP11, (ABRO1通过稳定p53抑制增殖,THAP11通过抑制C-myc转录抑制增殖),ABRO1是否还通过THAP11来抑制细胞增殖?敲低THAP11过表达ABRO1是否还能抑制增殖?? • THAP11促进ABRO1的降解???
